Vista:TAS Not On The Books, Then
Some time ago, the network managers at Nottingham University wrote to the student community that "When correctly configured and patched there are no significant vulnerabilities in Microsoft products". Hah.
Seemingly in a causal attempt to spite this ridiculous claim, the Universe allowed Microsoft to 'accidentally' reverse a Windows 98 vulnerability that had finally been fixed in XP SP1: Vista can be crashed by loading an animated mouse cursor.
