{"id":379,"date":"2008-11-27T23:50:51","date_gmt":"2008-11-27T23:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kera.name\/articles\/?p=379"},"modified":"2008-11-27T23:50:51","modified_gmt":"2008-11-27T23:50:51","slug":"1-of-101","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kera.name\/articles\/2008\/11\/1-of-101\/","title":{"rendered":"1 Of 101"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OK, so the shit has <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/south_asia\/7752003.stm\">hit the fan<\/a> in India&#039;s Mumbai over the last few days, yet the BBC seems to find it necessary to dedicate <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/uk_news\/7752768.stm\">an entire article<\/a> to just one Briton who was caught up in it.<\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s not that I don&#039;t appreciate the patriotism or indeed the immense tragedy of it all, but why does this man deserve so much more attention or respect than the other hundred reported casualties?
